In what cases is a parcel subject to customs clearance?

•According to Georgian legislation, goods worth more than 300 GEL, weighing more than 30 kg or homogeneous goods are subject to customs clearance.
•If the parcels you have ordered are included in one flight and their total value is more than 300 GEL, they will also be subject to customs clearance.
•If the parcels you have ordered from different websites are included in one flight and their value is more than 300 GEL, the parcels will not be subject to customs clearance.

What happens if the customer does not pay the customs clearance fee on time?

•The customer is responsible for the customs clearance of the cargo and the timely payment of VAT.
•If you do not pay the customs clearance fee within the period specified in the declaration, an additional penalty will be charged to you according to Georgian legislation.
How much is the customs clearance fee?

•You will receive information about the customs clearance of the parcel by SMS. Based on the invoices received from you, we will draw up a customs declaration.
